Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Which intake should I use?

    I have a f22a engine. Been thinking about buying a new intake to add more hp to my CB7. Onl problem is idk which one to get lol. I want to get an intake that adds hp but keeps my car safe and the engine healthy. I've been hearin alot about cold air intake but also heard that it's only adds 5hp, bad for the rain as your engine can mess up and that it decreases gas mileage. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    my buddy actually has come up with an awesome way to meake a cold air intake for like 10 bucks...granted it may not be anything chrome and shiny but it works..all you do is buy 3" PVC piping and some rubber couplers and attach your K&N air filter to the end and connect the other end to your throttle body...it actually works really well and you don't wind up spending a crap load of money on intake

      an ebay sri is about 30 to 35 shipped if you want a nice lookin one, but to be honest it dont add noticeable differences in hp, now adding a header and an intake, i have noticed a little

        get a new cheap cai(replace the filter with a good one) with a a6 mani

            the tube does not matter...the filter does. Buy the cheapest (non bendy)metal tubing you can and save your cash for the filter...which...isn't that costly either.

            hmmm...looks like I'll be buying a new filter soon...I'm using a k&n type
