car dies after i did the manual tension conversion

ok i did what the titles says and after i did it keeps dying i put the timing the correct it runs smooth for about a good minute or so and runs great but its just when i come to the stops its dies but not all the time..any inputs in this would be helpful..thanks

If facing distributor cap, it should be:

If facing engine, standing at vehicle front..cylinders are:

4-3-2-1

if it was firing order than it would run like absolute shit. recheck your timing and ignition timing.

well after i put them the right way...it hasn't turned off on me cause it was at first.and i dont have CEL light on
