ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    a couple questions

on my 1991 honda accord ex i have a few questions about it.
    1. how do the seat belts work? are they suppose to slide over you? mine stay in one spot and do not move.
    2. why on earth would there be a sock underneath the car hanging off the exhaust? lma0 i doubt anyone has seen this before?
    3. could i swap just the intake manifold off a f22a6 and put in on my f22a4? anythign else needed or just straight swap?

    1) mine slide depending on when i have the door open or closed if you have a track connected to your seatbelt check the fuses it most likely blew
    2) ive seen stuffed animals but never a sock that seems like it would be a flammable
    3) not totally sure, do a search im sure ive seen a topic on it

        1) yes, fix it. It may be covered under recall.

        2) someone put it there. Socks are not OEM equipment.

        3) yes. You will need the "black box" to control the IAB system, as well as the PT6 ECU to do it right. The H23 intake manifold would be a better upgrade.

aha i do realize that someone put it there i meant more like has anyone ever heard of something to the effect of a sock "ghetto rigging" something in the exhaust underneath a car? and so you were saying i would need more than just that manifold to use it properly? what about for the h23 manifold?

The H23 manifold requires the same things to install it as the A6 manifold.

Yes, the ECU and black box are required to activate the IAB system. You can set it up via vacuum, and not use the ECU, but it would be best to wire it correctly.
