Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

I thought cb7's all had rear drums

    I thought cb7's all had rear drums

    Apparently not because I looked through my wheel and I could see a disk not a drum. I was very surprised to see this I had no idea I had disc brakes in the back. I was pretty sure all cb7s had rear drums. I know a guy on here with a 93lx that had rear drums. I have a 92ex which is older and it kinda doesnt make sense to me (make a newer car with "worse" brakes)

    Im basically just wondering what all cb7s came with rear disks?

      91 and 93 se's = rear discs

      1992-1993 ex's = rear discs

      1993 10th AE = rear discs

        You thought wrong sir. only EX/SE's and 10th anniversary's came with disc brakes.

          It doesn't have anything to do with how new the car is. I am pretty sure you could probably go out and get yourself a 2010 accord with drum brakes. It has to do with the sub-model's that are listed above, that have all of the premium parts (sunroof, alloy wheels, premium sound etc.) The base model accords like the lx and dx come with drum breaks because they are cheaper cars while the others have disc because they are the most expensive.

                      someone mentioned that ex/se and 10th anniversary came with disc but 90-91 ex did not come with discs

                        I schooled my gpa the other day he really didnt believe me they did either, of course I was surprised when I saw em the first time as well. I love how classy our cars are... ha
