ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

anyone had any experiences with Vibrant mufflers?

So, to go along with my new header, Im going to be fabbing up a new exhaust. Ive been looking into the Vibrant mufflers, black/twin outlet for my bucket( this one: http://vibrantperformance.com/catalo...products_id=52 ). I figure it will keep the sleeper status alive, and ideally flow enough for me to make power, yet be quiet enough to not attract cops/give Jake headaches/wake up Jakes neighbors.

Im going to be running a couple glass-pack style resonators in the B-pipe( like this: http://vibrantperformance.com/catalo...roducts_id=293 )which should help quiet it down significantly, I just want to know how many of you guys have had experiences with them.

So far, they seem to be ideal for what Im looking into accomplishing....

Your links were messed up, here they are again. I'm curious about the Vibrant mufflers as well. I'm planning on getting a World Sport 2, but if the Vibrants are pretty good I might save some cash.

Oh cool, thanks for fixing em for me!

I heard a couple sound clips on H-T, but no real reviews or anything like that. Not to mention, most of them were on civics/integras, and were catless/resonator-less systems.

            bumping thread.

just got done putting a vibrant canister with skunk2 megapower piping into my buddy's 98 4dr integra. muffler was the one that looks similar to the WS2 style. sleeper status, sounds great with real quiet tone until you open it up in the higher rms.

            bump for vibrant.

Kinda late to get back to you all on this.

Here's the problem with Vibrant. Their made cheap, they sound like ass (usually) And their claimed "t-304 stainless" Is really T-302 stainless steel. It doesnt hold up against corrosion/rust, as well as true T-304. What you pay for is what you get. If i were you, i would look for a local tuner selling a SPOON axleback off a Civic, chop it, and get it mounted to your accord. Sounds a HELL of alot better.

Your other alternative is Dynomax Muffler's - Performance muffler that is BAFFLED - Yes, its also legal. (ive been pulled over, and checked, and guess what, they cant touch my exhaust cause its all legal.) Dynomax is made by WALKER Exhaust (USA BUILT) I believe any Autozone should be able to bring in the muffler. Id have to look around for the number i got, but its a 2.25 in and out, single outlet w/ a magnaflow tip on the end (2.75 inch). With my header, stock replacement cat, it sounds mean.

GL with your search, hope this helps.
