Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    h22 swap from auto to stick helpppp

    Do you have to weld the manual mount on or is there a way to space and bolt on for a auto to stick on a cb7 sedan?

      If what you mean is trying to install an H22 tranny into a CB, you have to drill/thread holes into your H22 tranny.

      There are some sealed holes on the tranny right around where the original bolts are, you have to remove those, and install them in the sealed holes after you redrill and rethread them.

      Search the swaps for the write up.

        Well yea I'm installing an h22 tranny but I'm talkin bout the rear mount... for the auto to stick cuz my car was auto so is there a way around welding for the auto to 5spd orr not

          Just head to the JY, and get a 5spd rear mount. You will save yourself a TON of trouble. Theres a few partouts going on, get one of those.

            You can use the original rear mount. I had the auto rear mount for a while before I went to the ESP mounts and swapped to the 5-speed rear bracket and mount. No welding required for the rear mount. The welding is needed for the tranny mount bracket unless you get the ESP offset mount.

            I got the rear bracket from Majestic Honda for less than a local JY was asking for it. I think the rear bracket was about $45. Local JY wanted $60!
