ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Blown Head Gasket?

remember when i was thinking or actually was told i had a leaking head gasket...?
after all the research and feedback determined it wasnt the case
ended up being a bad intake gasket and coolant was getting in the engine that way
that was my original gut feeling before i took it to a shop for a second opinion
well i took everything off to change the gasket, because i needed to get it fixed in a hurry, i ended up just getting a felpro gasket from advanced auto
never dawned on me that my dual stage intake manifold on my f22a1 motor was that much different than the single stage intake that i am guessing is the what came on it...
but anyway, bought the gasket and advanced only came up with just the single stage gasket kit, so i bought it installed it...
got it all back together, ran fine for a couple days and now idles like crap
kinda felt like i had a vacuum leak or leaking intake gasket, something, but checked and rechecked and couldnt find it...
researched on line to find other ways to test for leaks like that and found i could use carb cleaner and spray around to find the source...
found it... bottom side of intake gasket where the original was leaking from...
when i put the single stage intake gasket i did see that it did not line up perfect but it covered fine around all the holes so thought it was going to be ok
but i see its not
f22a1 motor with the dual stage intake that according to the chiltons book came on the f22a6, do i need to worry about that or can i just use the gasket kit for the daul stage and everything will be alright or is there something else i need to do to make sure it doesnt leak anymore?
talked to deev about it and like i was hoping and wasnt for sure jus use the f22a6 gasket and all will be goodDailyRuNr
