ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

H23- F22 are both the same. If you want to go with a few more cc's buy a set of 93-96 H22 injectors. They are plug and play low impedance 345cc.

Like anything else you add to your engine. If you don't get it tuned it won't run as efficiently as it should or add any more power.

In this case a stock ECU would end up cutting the injectors pulse width if the primary O2 is always reading rich. The ECU has short term and long term fuel trims. If the ECU is constantly seeing rich readings it will cut the injector pulse width until it reads stoich measurements. (14.7:1). Therefore it would pretty much make your 345cc injectors run like a 240cc. Or it will run rich for a limited amount of time and then probably throw a CEL.

From my own personal experience. After adding a set of 280cc injectors to a stock F22B2. I monitored the STFT & LTFT with my Palm using PocketLOGGER™ OBD2 data logging software. I noticed that after the ECU was reset the STFT was reading 0%, while the LTFT also read 0%. By the end of that same day the STFT was reading -5% & LTFT was up to -11% ( The "-" = cutting % of fuel). After only 3 days the LTFT was at -22% and the ECU was throwing CEL P0172. O2 out of range/System too rich. The operating range for the LTFT/O2 during closed loop operation is ±20%.

There is no reason to run larger injectors on a near-stock engine.

Well the factory plays it safe and tunes it for the best gas milleage so, I would get a chipped p06 ecu and get it tuned..I did it and it runs better for a fact with stock injectors...A good tune is always good
