ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

f22 header will not fit the h23 VTEC without modification. Could be wrong on that but i dont think it bolts up. *it would fit if the H23 was NON VTEC*
you should really try searching these things first.
ecu problem u can really go with many differant ones.

The H23 non VTEC engine header and the F22 headers are interchangable and will bolt up with no modification, however, the H23 VTEC header would not be interchangable with the F22 header because the exhaust ports are different.

Oh, and the P14 ECU runs the H23A NON VTEC.

I actually looked into it, and considered purchasing one for my F20A DOHC, because I knew that it would fit, and I was curious as to what sort of performance gain it would provide on my F20A DOHC. In the end I decided against it because it just doesn't seem like a cost-effective experiment, and because the Bisi header is slightly out of my budget to begin with.

From my backround knowledge, I'm sure your F22A motor mounts will work with the H23 VTEC, and I think the H22A header fits on the H23 VTEC engine, but I'm not sure if the exhaust ports are the same so I could be wrong. Also, for ECU and engine management, you should probably look into a chipped P06, and tune with software like Hondata. If you went this route, make sure you find yourself a good, reputable tuner.
Once you get 30 posts you can post up in the "Swaps" section and ask the questions you would like answered. I'd browse around that section because I think this swap has been looked into by a few other members as well.
