Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    vtec kicks and redlines at 6.500?????

    i got a h22a in my 93 accord lx , runs great even vtec kicks in but only redlines at 6,500 yes im running the h22 ecu p13? shouldnt hit 7200?yes check engine light is on but for rear steer its a 4ws ecu all codes r for rear steer

    are you using a controller or just looking at your accord tach?

      VTEC cannot be kickin in bro, usually when ur redline is cut that short that means ur VTEC no worky

        Just get a proper P13 already. You keep posting about things not working, and you're running the wrong P13.

        Get that CEL off COMPLETELY, and we can help you. Until then, we don't know what that ECU is doing.

          GET THE RIGHT ECU!!!

          Please, just get the right ECU and then ask questions. Until then, you'll get no answers.

          Or, I have an even better idea. Get a chipped P06, and go get your car dyno tuned. That should solve almost all of your problems.

            Get it running right in stock form before looking to do anything more. A dyno tune on an engine that may have problems won't fix anything. A stock ECU will give proper error codes, and will help to fix any problems that are present.

              I'm thinking that since the OP hasn't procured a proper ECU, he's highly unlikely to buy another one, pay to have it chipped and then pay an even greater sum to have the vehicle tuned.

                  seems like you got a p13 for a 4ws lude. I got the same one. with the same limiter. I think the vtec activates like at 5500. youll also see a speed limiter set at 115

                    He had a 4ws P13, and it didn't run right.

                    A P28 chipped with a generic map, and not for your engine? Yeah, you schooled him. Have fun blowing up your engine, pal.
