I'm throwing around several different rod-piston-block combo ideas. I like the numbers i get when i calculate the f22a block with k20a 5.8cc pistons, and the f22a1 head. this is with boring the block 1mm to achieve an 86mm bore.
Compression ratio
11.48:1
Rod ratio
1.49:1 and the the piston itself is still below the deck!
I have searched and have read on this site that some believe that the pistons will only work if they are installed 180` from oem direction due to valve clearance or reverse piston orientation. Is there anyone that [B]IS[B] using this combo as a running powerplant? I would like to ask you some questions.
