my speedometer and odometer wont work help

on my 1992 cb7 speedometer and odometer stop working .... rpms r just fine i get a weird clicking sound from the cluster..... how can i fix this issue ?

Check your speed sensor on the tranny.

thx for the price info but i heard that cb7 manual don't have speed sensor ,just a cable that u plug to ur trany

cheak the wires to the keyswitch they could be shorting out

Have you done any mods to the cluster. I notice that when I changed my guage faces I didn't put the screws back in the back of them and they didn't work until I put the screws back in.

mines a 91 manual and its electric... last car with manual speedo was ED(ef) and CA5 (maybe a DA to but idk shit about tegs lol)

This is what the VSS looks like .. you can find them all over eBay .. cheap!
I had the same issue .. and got one from eBay .. 30 bucks .. walla!

edit: I should also add. (and someone correct me if I'm wrong here)
but it does matter between 5sp and automatic .. so be sure ..
