ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    question about head bolts

Why, When someone does a build they replace there stock head bolts with arp ones? Whats the difference between the two? And what so much better about them?
You don't have to like what he did, but I would hope that you can appreciate the time, money and love that went in to the build. If you can't, you're not really an enthusiast, just another dumb kid with a car.-visualpoet

upgraded performance , higher compression and turbo charging or super charging causes increased stress on all engine fasteners most of all the cylinder head bolts

        1. Stock Head bolts are only meant to be used once.
2.ARP uses top quality materials in there products, stronger metal.
        3. The ARP "bolts" you are reffering to are not bolts there studs. allowing more torque to keep the head on. A need for anyone running boost, and it doesnt hurt a N/A motor either

          - Stock cylinder head screws has a limited number of reuse.
          - ARP bolts have high tensile strength and can be reused.
          - ARP fasteners preferred in high compression or forced inductions builds due to higher compression/combustion creating more separating forces between the block and head.
          - Prevents headgasket leaks for performance mods mentioned above.

              Hello

I'm sorry in advance because of my bad English

I expect that our brothers in the site before me to answer your question

Please do not laugh at what I say
But the reason is bad for my English
I do not know whether I understood your question correctly or not understanding
But it is understood that I can answer you that the installation bolts amended and made of materials
The raw materials are excellent and solid you can use more than once
The regular bolts they first consumed with time faster
              Secondly, and difficult to open.
The bolts made quality workmanship and materials and high efficiency and configuration
It bears more and you can re-use in most cases
It is also important to maintain the cohesion of the engine compression ratio high
The solid and amended bolts necessary in some cases, such as turbo -
I repeat my great regret in the event of misunderstanding or answer up incorrectly
And I ask you all to forgive me. The reason is because of the weakness of my English .

With greetings of your brother's new: Turbo-RBxXx
