yeah i would just go ahead and get new lines regardless if they're leaking or not. You gotta remember, you're putting bigger calipers on which will clamp with more force. It has a larger piston area and therefore will exert more force on all the other components. So at the BARE minimum, get new OE rubber lines and you'll be set. But for the cost of rubber lines, its only 20 bucks or so more for some decent quality technafit lines. I bought all mine for 105 shipped, which included 6 lines b/c I've got ABS. You can get away with 85 shipped if you just have drums in back, then you'd only need a 4 line kit.
I mean its about time to upgrade lines anyways. Its been a good 17 yrs at least on them if yours is a 93, so I can't imagine the rubber lines would still be OK for even bigger brakes.
