It's just another worthless fart can IMO. You should have went with some sort of an oval muffler like an OBX one. Fart cans sound terrible on Hondas. They are way to raspy it seems like. Unless it is something really high end, and by no means cheap.

Ebay cheap cat backs are shitty too IMO. They don't have a deep throaty sound. They have a deep sore throaty sound. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody unless you want to be hated by your entire neighborhood.

Megan Racing makes some good cat back systems with oval mufflers that look good and also sound good. They are decently priced and good quality. Check out the Megan Racing Type 2 cat back system.

These are my opinions, the OP asked for them, and I gave them to him. If anybody has a problem with this deal with it. To each his own.

i agree, i bought a generic BOMZ Catback from ebay and it last about 2 months and the inside of the muffler just got destroyed, the straight tube on the inside of the muffler broke, and all the layers got melted or something.

the sound..OMG even worst than a civic, i was in total embarrassement. I could not stand my own car. bought a OBX-r DTM and got it welded, sounds nice and deep, we'll see how long it last it says life time warranty

I had one like that on my 93 with no cat or anything else. it was real deap and aggressive but on long trips the drone got annoying. so i ripped it off and put this:-0





it was hard to hang put i will never go back:-) there are many options and those mufflers are cheap. i paid 25 for mine shipped. good luck

i have a oval borla muffler, with a nice tip, paired with 2.25 cat back, no rez, sounds quiet, dam nearly like oem.
