i want to get an exhaust sytem for my cb but i am a little short on cash...if i get 2in pipe and run it from axle back to a fireball style muffler would there be any performance gain or would it all be sound?

u would probaly need to do 2.25 or2.50 to get any gain. i think our cars come with 2inch pipe not to sure.

Don't waste your money on a cheap header. They really don't do anything. Neither does a "highflow" cat. Just get a normal cat of the proper diameter. A cheap exhaust will usually sound like a cheap exhaust, but those are ok for the price, if you can stand the noise.
