ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

i would use the extractor method first... the if that dont work then try using the JB weld method..... umm instead of JB weld ... try using some Liquid Nails because that shit is strong as hell just make sure you let it sit for a while to gain full strength.

you are not fuck. Take off the head. take to the machine shop and have them extract it out.

Since you have the head off. Get new valve seal and head gasket and have the head rebuilt like port and polish, angle job and etc

or just buy new rebuilt head from ebay they are about $200

when you do easy out .... you have to get like a small vacuum to suck all those small metal particle. You don't want any of those in your engine cylinder or else you going to fuck them up even more.

This is the route that I would take. Worst case scenario is taking the head off. Might as well get at least a valve job when its off.

The head comes off easy, just take it off like he said and take it to the machine shop, or better yet when its off you can turn it over and the spark plug threads are right there. I wouldnt try any thing else.

vacuum is not that effective when you have a big chamber below it. If you use an extractor fill the voids of the extracor with the thickest grease you can find. Doing this, the grease will catch any chips that are created rather letting them fall.

An Easy-Out (EZ-Out, Ezy-Out...) doesn't cut swarf so won't create particles that might get into the engine. If you soak it in penetrating oil for long enough you might be lucky and get the plug remnants out without needing to pull the head off...

You'll need a fairly large Easy-Out. Check this page:
                        http://www.crustyquinns.com/tech/easyout.html

                        Good luck!

this should do the trick without me having to take off the valve cover right?

I would just remove the head, mainly due to the fact of the possiblilty of having metal shaving getting into the cylinders.
