Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    quick question about header n downpipe

    is it ok to run just a header n dowpipe for a while? if not waht can happen?

      nah i dont value my hearing lol..i know its super loud..my old h22 wen i had it just header n downpipe was loud as fuck lol...maybe like couple days

            Why are you looking at doing this? You won't have any back pressure so more than likely it's going to rob you of some hp but if it's just to get you to and work to back and not to just be riding around for a couple of days I wouldn't worry about it.

              Why the hell do people keep saying backpressure is necessary? You NEVER want backpressure!

              It will be loud, and may get you pulled over.
              You'll also be dumping exhaust gas out right under you, so carbon monoxide levels could be dangerous. Keep the windows down, and don't sit idling.

                  ya running just downpipe and headers is 1 super krzy loud and 2 ur car goes to being slower than an HF crx

                      I was only quoting stuff off of google. Most of the stuff on there seems to say you'll lose tq and hp without it?

                        before i got my full system, my stock exhaust was so rotted that it fell off after the cat... then eventually the cat fell off and i was running straight off a flex pipe with a broken flange

                        it was loud, but not TOOOOO loud. i was just stay in low rpms and steer away from cops. i got pulled over 3 times in 3 days in the same city. they all let me go when i explained that the parts were coming blah blah
