ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

I'm having difficulty understanding you...
Anyway, if I read correctly, you have an H22A4 block with an H23 head that someone else built, and you want to put a turbo on it, correct?
Well, how long a setup like that will last depends largely on how well the motor was put together. The head and block aren't exactly made for each other, so if the person that did the work screwed up, the turbo will accelerate the failure.
The overall condition of the motor and turbo components, as well as the quality of the ECU tune will determine how long it lasts otherwise.
I'm not going to go into "what you need to put"... because that would be explaining every aspect of putting a turbo on a motor... including tuning the ECU. I'm not even 100% capable of explaining that in necessary detail, even if I wanted to.
My advice, read. Read everything you can on turbo. Understand it VERY well before you even buy a single part. Once you understand what you're working with, you won't be asking questions like this.

Honestly, you HAVE to understand what you're doing when it comes to turbo. Unless you're willing to pay someone to do everything for you, there's no way someone can just hold your hand and give you all you need to know. Even with all the information, if you don't understand it, you're going to blow something up.

The head is there for torq? Seriously? You really don't know much about these motors, do you?
And if the block contains H23 internals... why isn't it just an H23? Sounds like someone just slapped together spare parts to get rid of it.
I will say no more on this subject. Research. It's all you can do. Nobody can spoonfeed you this amount of information. You may not realize it, but you are asking A LOT... and without knowing your motor, we can't possibly answer your questions.

And FYI... you really didn't get ANY answers. I pointed you in the right direction. Phil probably WOULD have offered more help if he had something to work with... but I think even he realizes that there's not much he could say that would do any good.
