ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    ABS Light??

Is there a way to check a ABS light for problems like a CEL???

Before Today the ABS light would only come on then I drive down the road...Now I't on when ever the car is running...WFT

How do I find the Problem??

PS....My Car needs a Master Cylinder..Buying and Installing one Friday (Pretty sure it's not the reason the ABS light is on)

I believe you check the abs light just like you do the check engine light. Just watch for the abs light to flash, then check the code

if anything check to see if the sensor is cover in mud or thick dirt....that might give you the light. Clean it and see if the light go away

Where are the sensors located?? Are they on the calaper brackets like most ABS systems?? The reason I ask is because I just got the car and havent been able to take the wheels off yet. (lost wheel lock key)

            http://www.team-integra.net/sections...ArticleID=1164

this is for integra but it pretty much the same location

it screw down onto the knuckle and should be near the axle (right by abs ring)

this picture is from other car but same concept

abs ring = round thing with teeth on them
abs sensor = the thing that hover above it

            i hope this help

            edit:

to take off lost lock wheel you will need slightly larger 12 pt deep socket just enough to fit over the wheel lock and hammer it in nice and tight and take it out

If you don't want to do that .....if it is an OEM wheel lock....take it to Honda they might have master key

Ah...They are Tuner Lugs on some Really nice 16" Drag wheels painted to match the car...So...I'm going to have my friend at Advanced Race Tech Remove the lugs with his key and change all the lug nuts first...

Then I'll fuck with the ABS Sensors..Don't want to mess up my wheels by pounding sockets on trying to remove the old wheel locks...

I have this same problem, since I bought the car, its had the ABS light on solid. I never had a car with ABS (yes I know ) but the brakes feel nice and solid (except I get a shimmy on the left front at times when stopping)...

StinkinLincoln LMK how it works out for you

You can just remove your ABS computer non.sense and make that little annoying light turn off....
Here is a DIY if you decide to take it off:
