ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

haha i just got the one right now. basically i liked the f23 due to the fact that its pretty much a drop in motor and is less likely to have been abused like older f and h series motors. I was planning on buying the motor eventually but friday night i got a rod knock so we pulled the old motor at 4am, i then picked up the new motor monday am and switched over the drivers mount and altenator bracket.

pt3 right now, i have a poa but my friend broke a pin pretending he knew what he was doing. i just got a vtec plug from my friend today. i think the main problems people are going to have to know is
1. fuel line is on wrong size get 3/8th brake line about a foot and the fuel line tbolt clamps to extend it
2. iacv block it off or buy correct plate to convert to 3 wire
3. almost every obd1 part from the f22 swaps over.
4. dont know if its true or not but i used the f22 injectors in the f23 rail b/c a friend said he read it somewhere it runs this way, I didn't try with the f23 ones
5. I used f23 top half of header and the bottom from f22 it has to be extended about 6 inches
6. my motor didn't come with rear mount so i used mine it works fine I heard others use the stock f23 with no problems as well
7. I think that's all for now as i still have to fix a few minor things then i will add on. I just want a better thread for future searches since we got some false info that made us think the swap would be harder then it was.
special thanks to my friend Mitch for letting me use his garage, and air tools that made life alot easier and he also did most of the pulling of the old motor and bolting in of new one.
