ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    91 pillar pod gauges.

I saw a lot of accords with the gauges going up the pillar. Did anyone have to modify the pod because of the automatic seats?? 3 gauge or 2 gauge??
    Please let me know.

You shouldn't have problems with auto belts. It goes on the a-pillar, not the top of the door frame.

I know where it goes i have a 3 gauge pod. But i put it up to it and it goes over the auto seats. The Auto seatbelt harness comes down the pillar a little bit.

Get a 2 gauge pod, cut your 3 gauge pod to fit, or don't use it at all.
Those are your three options, choose wisely.

i Bought the cheap a** APC universal 2 gauge pod. just screwed it in yesterday an fits almost perfect. When you hold it up in place it doest look like it will fit but put 2 screws in the top and it'll bring the pod right against the A-pillar.

Yes. There is some modifacation thats needed. it depends on what pillar gauge pod you get. For example:

I used a 94-97 Accord pillar pod. The last pic shows where cutting is really nessesary on our 90-91 if you use a 3 gauge pod pillar. It dont fit perfectly but I did my best to get it to fit and look nice. With a little paitence and creativity you could make any thing fit.

I ordered mine from Glow Shift. I wanted to see how gauges would look in my CB7. I got the Vacuum, Air Fuel Ratio, and Oil Pressure. The Vacuum and Air Fuel gauges suck. I see why the Air Fuel Gauge is useless. the needle fluctuates constantly! The Oil Pressure is a good useful gauge. I used the Greddy oil filter sandwich plate to mount the oil pressure sending unit. thats a good easy altenative as suppose to drilling into your engine block.

If I can remember I did have to trim the bottom a little to make it fit. I also read that the Acura Integra pods fit pretty good. I cant remember what years but if you do a search you should come across it.
