And no it doesn't... also when im goin above 70 mph and then gradually come to a stop it does the same thing(Idles high)!

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

I don't think anyone is trying to bust your balls. Clear communication is important. This isn't text messaging with your buddies, you're looking for important information about your car. Choose words that represent you as intelligent, and able to understand the information that you are requesting, and you'll be treated as though you are. Choose to spice your posts with twenty acronyms and symbols for each real word, and you'll get a lot of what you've seen here so far.
As far as Deev goes, it seems to me that he is the keeper of an awful lot of knowledge on these forums, hence the suggestion that an apology is probably what you should be offering up to him, but suit yourself on that one.
The idle, I'd probably clean out the TB passages for the IACV for starters. That might not be your problem, but it's an easy enough thing to do, good preventive maintenance, and it could solve your problem.

Clean your IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) and FITV (Fast Idle Thermo Valve), and then if it still stays high but you don't get any bouncing, you should check for a vacuum leak around the upper part of the intake manifold. There are several vacuum ports that come off of the manifold, most with hoses and a few with rubber caps over them. Make sure every port has either a hose or a cap, and then check for leaks.
Just to make sure, you have a manual transmission, right? You said you had a clutch, so I'm just checking.1992 Prelude S w/swapped H22A
