ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

will an a6 hook up in a 1994 accord

i notice that the wiring was a little different and so were the vacuum line's.
the only reason im asking is because my 91 is getting ruff and i bought a 94 to replace it but the engine does not work as good in my 94 as it dose in the 91. The engine that was in it was a F22-B2 if you know anyone who has done this swap some guidence would be greatly appreciated. Thanx:

I'm not too sure I fully understand your question.

The motor should fit right in but you will need to use the A6 wiring harness and ECU

It's illegal in the US to install an older motor into a newer car... make sure the laws aren't the same where you are.

It should go right in. Just the opposite of the F22B2 swap in the CB7.

This is what I thought too.... BUT Preludes came with F22 from 1992 to 1995 (if I am not mistaken) so wouldn't that make it legal because the engine was still produced in 1995 and the Accord is 1994?

I'm finding a few Prelude S models on ebay from 94-95, but I can't see any engine pics!

I dont' think the F22A1 was around in 1996, or it'd be OBD2... which would indeed be interesting.
