-poured a teaspoon of oil on the piston rings to see if it seals any fried rings on the piston, results hardly changed and i still have a lower compression than the others significantly.
-it could only mean that i am likely escaping air at the head gasket or the valves, either way the head would have to come off.
- i am not going to stop there, i am going to do a leak down test since i have access to a air compressor and other tools, and i know the usual "hear the leak " test
- bubbles in coolant in radiator = head gasket bad
- hissing noises in the exhast end = bent/bad exhast valve
- hissing noise from intake = bad/bent intake valve
- noises from oil dipstick (or vc lid) = fried piston rings
i thought were on the same page here, i don't know any other way to run this type of diagnostics, if you do Then you can "point me out" cause like you said , you have experience on hand here + five years under your belt -just don't tell me to do something that i was already going to do then say that "i dont know " b/c so far i think i have done the right things so far, but please correct me , tell me another way that can give me full proof answer other than what i plan to do .
i think i am on the right track,
i went from egr cleaning> block off plate > oil in tubes from the VC bolts that snapped loosening tube seals, i replace them but disregard the oil already in tubes which was the bogging issues i had originally , i asked and got answers , all of this progressions i made were off other answers until i discovered the problem.
the compression test is completely irrelevant.
i not trying to be a dick either, but i felt offended so I'm being defensive
