ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

If you want 400hp f22 to be so call "reliable" you need to spend at least $4000-$5000 If you dont have that kind of money for full build and just want to bolt on huge ass snail to make 400hp, you might as well start looking for new motor to swap in, because it won't take to long till it blows.

Well the OP said 400hp "not whp" so that translates to about 350whp which isn't that bad..300whp = easy 2 reach..350whp not too far off..

Its do-able..just gotta be smart and take the right precautions..

Racegas...meth injection..high flowing manifold(reduce egts) as comparted 2 a log manifold or similar..

400hp on a stock block is going to be tricky. Doable, but the condition of the motor and the quality of the tune will determine how long it will last. It certainly won't last for very long...

And yes... if the P06 sounds weird to you, you have a LOT to learn before attempting a 400hp turbo setup...

how can u make a p06 ecu work on a f22a? and i have 8,000 to spend on this project so whatever i have to do to the engine and tuning it i think i have enough.... just want to know would the aem engine management system work instead of the p06 ecu?

AEM would be expensive and honestly unnecessary considering the price of a chipped p06 or p28 (for vtec), and the FREE tuning software you can get for it.

And with your car not making much traction now, I'd be more worried about getting everything squared away at stock first, maybe some better quality drop springs than those you have and some good shocks.

EDIT: That is assuming you stick with a more mild goal around 250 whp, like we were discussing privately.

i prefer hondata for management. 400 is easy on a built block and sleeving is not nessassary for only 400hp just forged internals. bisi valve springs and a no headwork stock cam. turbo components are going to be what you need to concentrate on.
