Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144

Check your MAP sensor. Not only does it control fueling, but it controls ignition timing as well. Your problem seems to be under load and different vacuum levels which is measured by the MAP. I'm suggesting this since you've gone through 2 separate dizzy's already.
When was the last time you replaced your o2 sensor?

I had this issue w/ my H22 a couple months ago. It was fine up til like 5k then it sputtered like crazy going through VTEC. And it would randomly die when I'm waiting at a stoplight. Since your F22A1 is internal coil, I would assume its the coil taking a crap on you. They're about 65 bucks for a new one. I upgraded to this Accel Supercoil higher output one which is actually cheaper than a regular replacement coil but puts out 20% more power, so if its your coil going bad, this would be a good upgrade. They can be found at Autozone I think its part number Accel 11076

update on new parts installed 2 dizzy's, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel pump, and swapped out ecu with known working one. update on how its running it stars and able to drive it but starts to sputter when giving it too much gas.... yes the tach jumps around when its sputtering, and i didnt know a 90 cb7 had a MAP sensor where is it at. the car has never had a o2 sensor ran fine with out one.. and as for the coil suggestion the dizzys had brand new coils in them

No Oxy sensor - I suspect you have IMA then correct? Leave the screw as it is from factory - Don't change it.
Did this problem just happen one day or slowly got worse over time?
Have you checked your sparkplugs?
Don't rule out 2ndhand parts - I've had several brand new OEM parts which have been faulty.

If at first you don't succeed, Try again. Don't give up too easily, persistance pays off in the end.
