ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

I still think the best combo is the complete H22 with the F22 block... no OEM head/block combo will beat that

Why not put a turbo on it too? Could you imagine the gains then?

Doing G22 build not the G23(aka h22 head and my current stock F22 block)

So basically ill need all of the following according to the Import tuner site:

                  F22A COMPLETE SHORT BLOCK
                  H22A COMPLETE HEAD
                  H22A CRANKSHAFT TIMING COG
                  H22A TIMING BELT
                  H22A HEAD STUDS
                  H22A HEAD GASKET
K20A OEM PISTONS, JDM OR USDM TYPE-S(for n/a build)
                  H22A P13 ECU
STAINLESS STEEL BOLTS FOR OIL DRAIN BLOCKING
                  H22 WATER PUMP
                  K20 PISTON RINGS(for n/a build), ACL F23 BEARINGS, OE H22A GASKET SET

All in a nut shell or is there more that i need...plan on using stock clutch, flywheel, and f22 trans till i can get an h22 or h23 trans.

Feel free to add anything that i may have missed.

Also want to sleeve the block with some darton sleeves but im not sure which set i would need

                  https://www.horsepowerparts.com/inde...product_id=220 Or flange sleeve?

Why not just get a H or build a F for boost? A "G" is really not worth it in my opinion. And calling it a "G" is dumb. a G series is a 5 cylinder motor. The real name for it is a frankenstein.

Because the people you're asking to give you a "complete parts list" might care about what you're calling it.

Keep in mind, you're asking people to do a considerable amount of work so you won't have to figure it out yourself. I suggest you read through the links already provided for you.

Also, there's really very little to gain from such a project... jut a motor that has potential reliability issues than a complete H or F.

Its a waste of time unless u can get everything cheap... just buy a full H or build up an F, the F flows well. Plus for all that work and money you could just get an H22 + boost it stock or build a regular F, etc. Its a waste of time.

Boosting a stock H is a waste of money as well, IMO. You can get just as much out of a boosted F22, and it's far cheaper to replace if (and when) you blow it up.

Well the H will make a lot more power w/the same amount of boost. Just have to be more careful when you tune it.
