So I used to have (Still do) a '93' Accord LX automatic. I was told that the cylinder #3 was blown and had no pressure. Well I just changed the distributor, rotor, and wires.
I picked up a '92' Accord LX Manual. This weekend I switched the wires, distributor, and rotor. Well the 92 exhibited the same behavior as the 93. So I switched the wires back and worked fine again.
I'm thinking my 93 is fine I just got some bad wires for it. So I'm gonna put the wires in the 92 on the 93 this weekend coming up and see how that works out. I'm thinking my cylinder isn't blown and it was just misfiring. See that the bad part a being a newb. You don't have enough experience to tell a misfire from anything else.
What do you all think.
