Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    93 Coupe Brake Lights Don't Work

    I Have A 93 Lx Coupe And I Have Gotten 3 Tickets Already For No Brake Lights. Does Anyone Know How To Fix This Problem. All My Fuses Are Fine. All My Rear Lights Except Brake Lights Work When I Turn Them On. I Changed All The Bulbs And All 4 Housings Were The Lights Go And Still No Brake Lights. I Followed All The Wiring And It's Fine. I Really Need Some Help Here Guys. I Really Can't Afford These Tickets.

    MOVING TO BACK FLORIDA IN 2 WEEKS. CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK OVER THERE.

    You may want to check the little box on the back of the taillights, if there is lots of corrosion on them, or they are not connected, the lights will not work.
    Check the harness for corossion as well.
    Make sure the bulbs are getting power etc... Just make sure that harness is clean.

    Once you get it fixed, bring all your tickets to a magistrate, and explain them your situation, and what was wrong, bring reciepts for any parts you had to buy (junkyard or not)

      You might want to take a look at the brake pedal switch and test whether it is working.

        ^ i was gonna recomend u that, cuz i had somthing similar but my brake lights would always stay on even wen i was off the car but it was cuz of the switch on top of the pedal.

          thanks guys i bought the part today and installed it and walla brake lights again. that means no more tickets.
