Hey, I'm Junior91, aka Junior or Jacinto. I've been part of the NW crew for a little over a year now, but I just never get online cus I don't have internet.
Anways, I finally bought Kelton's old cb for $400. He thought something was up with either the trans or the throwout bearing so he threw in a spare trans and new throw-out bearing with the car, as well as the old trunk.
Anyways, me and Joser(d112crzy) picked it up on Feb 17th, I think. The first thing we did was go straight to Alex's(91Accord-Lx) house for a trunk swap. When we got it, it had Cory's(blackice) old 9293 trunk/lights and Alex has been looking for some 9293 tails since he had already bought a 9293 trunk in his color. He had some red/clears that I wanted so we did a straight swap that night. We then took the car to Jose's house and the car made it just fine.
Things that we found wrong with it so far:
-funky noise coming from transmission area
-throttle plate sticks nearly every time
-bouncy idle once in a while
-way too low for Yakima roads
-no stereo
-pulls to the right A LOT
-shakes at nearly all speeds
Besides those, the engine feels pretty healthy.
Engine mods:
-F22A4
-DC header
-Zachs(OnBBS17s) old exhaust(looks to be 2.25")
-short ram
-ghetto drl's
-minor oil leaks
The plan was to take the transmission off and replace it with the one provided by Kelton. Well, on Wednesday, I wanted to take the car to his work to paint the hood black(I work at a body shop). The car broke down 7 blocks down the road from Jose's house. He went to go look at it and it wouldn't turn on anymore, and it wouldn't go into any gears.
Yoshi(another Yakima mexican), if you haven't met him either it's because you haven't been to Yakima. Only Alex has met him. Anyways, he's a good friend and is always around and also happens to have a pick up truck. So we call him to come and tow my car back to Josers house. We call it a night and decide we would take it apart Thurs. morning.
Thursday comes around and Yoshi and me are at Joser's door at 8am(his lazy ass was still sleeping). We made him get dressed and come outside to start working on it.

The front mount is TOTALLY fucked. The rest of the mounts aren't in great shape either.
We got it out and first thing we took off was the crank pulley since we were selling it to someone that needed it locally.
