Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Nope, it'll pop right in. um, they have Vtec, so it might be a good idea to use the f22b1's computer also. Not sure if you'd have to wire vtec?
Check out this post man, it also has a few helpful links from people.

My guess is a 90 Accord, by his name... Which model CB7 doesn't have an impact on how it's done. Of course, manual/auto could make a difference.
Be advised that the F22B1 is not really an upgrade. The motor has less potential than the F22A in your car right now. If I were in your position, I'd sell the motor and part out the rest of the car for money to dump into the F22A.

Man you have never said it better.....I got a 5th gen with the F22B1....it sucks....I would rather upgrade my 5th gen to a F22A6....lol....and sell that SOHC VTEC to someone else!
Nitrous is like a hot chick with a STD..... you know you wanna hit it, but you are afraid of the consequences.....

It's not a motor worth swapping. If you need a replacement, or you already have it... make the best of it. But it's not an upgrade. At all.

Yeah, don't get me wrong... the F22B1 is an AMAZING motor for what it was designed to do... which is give good gas mileage and last forever... Maintain that thing, and you'll never swap an H22 in there!
It's just... not a performance motor. The VTEC system and emissions requirements caused the engineers to design the ports and valve angles in a way that doesn't allow for a significant increase in airflow.
The F22A, on the other hand, has the potential to flow MUCH better than a simple family sedan motor should! The port design is fantastic, and the valve angle is nearly ideal. The exhaust ports are the biggest restriction on the F22A head. Open those up, and major gains will be seen. Continue to properly port and polish the entire head, and do a good valve job... and it'll be significant. Add a nice cam, bump up compression, toss on the proper quality bolt-ons, and tune that sucker... and join the ranks of 250+whp F22As that are on the road
