ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Dam, i thought I had a heavy foot, and was getting bad mileage... 20mpg w/ac, 24 w/o ac for city/highway driving. I used to get 28city/32highway w/o ac. I know i'm about due to for a timing belt job, and i've been having to add plus to keep the pre-detonation caused from running rich. Also my plugs & distributer cap could use a cleaning, will see how much of an improvement those make, and the timing belt job here shortly.

I get 25 mpg on my auto wagon with a semi heavy foot with a little bit of city driving. I might can get 27 if I am easy on her on the highway!

i have a 91 a1 and an auto, and i was using 87 before I started to hear a clankety clank clank sound when I "put my foot in it", i changed to premium and the sound it was making wasn't nearly as loud, and its duration was reduced 90%. (A mechanic of a acura/honda specialty shop down heres recommendation after taking a test drive so he could feel the slight shake/shudder my car gets when you "petal to the metal")

My regular is 87, plus is 89, and premium is 92, and thats with 10% ethenol in the mix.

                Here's your first then:
It fouls the shit out of your plugs. It turns them purple, and they dont ignite properly.
If your going to run Seafoam, for gods sake, please use premium fuel as well. It burns hotter, so the seafoam will probably be ripped off the plugs. I hear ups and downs, i know on both my previous cars, i used one can in each. Both cars engines were toast after about a week.

It also depends on what way you use it, and how much you used.
