check ur fuses. this happened to me once and it was a blown fuse. i forget which once

it was the stop horn or horn stop fuse

never would of thought it would be called that

I have this issue as well but just with it not wanting it to come out of park. I do the key lock thing and it's fine for a couple of weeks...dunno but my ligts and horn work. lol
