ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QiFW3zXTnKg if you take a look @ the comments the guy said "since the F22 has longer gears I would deffenetely set it at 5200-5400 RPM, you dont want it lower than that because you still have your IAB when 4,000RPM hits and you will loose alot of bottom end torque if you do so keep it at that, also have your rev limiter to 7800 RPM, it will take it" is this true im askin bcuz im also gonna be usin my f tranny

if you have dyno time, set vtec really low and then really high and see where the two hp charts cross, or make a pull and see where the tq and hp curves cross, it should all be around stock anyway.

aznpnoyricer is a fucking idiot. Don't trust anything he says.

Set your vtec engagement at whatever the engine likes it to be. The only way to know what the engine likes is on a dyno. Or take it to a good tuner that knows h22's. People who set it any other way are stupid and don't have a clue of what they're doing.

the long f gears will cause you to upshift out of vtec unless you lower the crossover point. that will cause a greater lag than whatever he was saying.

if your really concerned about acceleration then dont bother using the f trans anyway.

I've got my VTEC x-over set at 4700. Can't feel it when it kicks in, but you can sure hear it! Very smooth x-over...

Rev limit set at 8200, launch control set at 3100, IABs at 3600. Gotta love the Hondata!

I also have an F22 tranny, but with the H22 final drive (4.266 instead of 4.026)
