Best exhaust for..

I have a WS1 and i am very satisfied with it, my only complaint is that the resonator hangs low, other than that i love the sound.

Overall its a quiet exhaust and its only loud when you get on it, but its a sporty loud like a g35.

Jak_frostwhite had a WS2 and even when you turn it on it sounds alot like a G35 mines doesnt sound the same, not sure if its due to age or design. Either way it is a good choice

this is my RS*R Exmag on the highway; its a little more quiet now after I got a valve adjustment.

the sound is considerably louder than that of even the Civic Honda Factory Performance Sports Muffler.

yeah mine sounds exactly the same....deeper sound but it doesnt purrr.....theres nothing we can do to make it sound like the g35

I am sure you can get an F22 to sound pretty close to stock Civic Si, the engines aren't that different. but obviously there is no way to make it sound like a 350z.

If you are on a budget, you can make a quiet muffler for under $40.
get a 2.5" chambered Thrush muffler from SummitRacing, then get a 2.5" o.d. > 2.25" reducer and a 2.25" > 2" reducer from AutoZone, then weld the reducers together and weld a few inches of 2" pipe to the 2" end.
insert your creation into the muffler so that it goes through one chamber and ends in the other chamber. drill a small hole in the tip and put a bolt and a nut there so it doesn't fall out(it probably wont fall out even without a bolt because it will be a very tight fit)
and there you go, it will sound just a little bit louder than the stock muffler
you can also experiment with different reducers and reduce it to 1.75" and it will be even quieter

You could get the best of both worlds with a really quiet aftermarket like the rsr or even a civic si/rsx muffler like said above, and then just put in an electronic exhaust cutout for when you aren't just driving around like normal.

U can't go wrong with an Apexi World Sports ezhaust.

thats what i had on my last accord it sounded great not to loud untill i got on it

i guess what i meant by that statement, is that the rs*r is the closest sound we can hope to get to near the g35, but your right, doesn't exactly sound like it. put a k20 in and i'll bet you'll be much closer

it sounds like you need a deeper muffler...but the rsr sounded no where close as the g35

the only thing similar between a f22 and a k20z3 is they were made by honda--that's it.
