    H22-t in a 92 wagon

I have a 95 civic sedan with a built, boosted H22a. The motor was just built 250 miles ago.

I am getting a 92 Accord wagon, and wanted to put my motor and tranny in the accord so I could have AC and PS. Will this work? Can I put the F22 and auto tranny in the civic to sell, or should I find a stock H22 to throw in there?
I really like having a 11 second sleeper civic, but a 400whp accord with AC and PS would be awesome.

Here are pics of the civic, motor, and the accord.

    WHAT DO YOU THINK???

Fuck that looks awesome, especially with the newer front end.

If you can find a five speed tranny to go on the F from the wagon, the it will drop in the civic just as the H did, using the h mount kit. you may have to drill and tap the f tranny for that h civic mount. I dont know i have never done one. I say keep the civic and put a stock h22 swap in the wagon.

Oh, you noticed my SI clip. That conversion will set you back a bit.

I really like the civic. It has a Turbonetics T60 on it, but I am putting a SC61 and a 6 puck clutch in it before Christmas. That should put my civic in the 400+whp range with about 375tq. I would really like to put that setup in the wagon, and have AC. That is the only thing I HATE about the civic.

I am supposed to trade my suburban for this wagon on Saturday, I cant really keep both, I am married.

Are you going to DD the wagon? b/c a 400hp DD is going to be crazy.

The civic is For Sale, but I am moving to about 15 minutes from a 1/4 mile strip, so I will prolly keep it. I would really like to have a 400whp honda with AC, and the wagon would just add to the cool factor.

YES, it will be my daily driver.

My plan was to just swap the motor and tranny's from the civic to the accord, and from the accord to the civic, until I found out the F22 is only 100 or so WHP. That wont help it sell at all. Maybe if it had an H22 head on it, but I might as well just buy a complete H22 swap since the tranny is auto in the accord.

I also considered boosting the F22 with the AT, but that would be BORING.

Maybe I should just keep the F22 in the accord, and enjoy it as it is.

i just got a dyno done and i have 119.88hp and 129.84tq at the wheels that might be somewhat more of a selling point b/c the civics i believe are rated that at the crank

You can easily take the motor out of the Civic and put it into your Accord.
You will neet to convert your Accord to manual, tap the tranny that is in the Civic to fit the Accord tranny mount. You will need to make your downpipe fit the Accord exhaust, or make the Accord exhaust fit the downpipe. Use the Accord wiring harness and Accord axles.

I think putting an automatic F22 into that Civic will be a headache. It would be a lot easier to just find a manual F22 tanny at a junk yard and throw it in there with the F22.

And an F22 in a Civic with some basic mods is at least 2 full seconds faster in the 1/4 than a stock Civic

Thanks for the advice, The automatic is definatly gotta go for the f22 swap. I was thinking of putting in an H22 trans. That would give it some better gearing, and the f22 has more torque than the d series that was in there to start with.

OK, I got the accord wagon. I REALLY like it. It has rear disks too, I wasnt expecting that. What a bonus. Now, what should I do?

                        Any brilliant ideas?
