Throttle body

I was wanderin if any h22a, h22a1, h22a4 throttle body is bigger than the f23a1 throttle body? if so whats the difference? Ive done the research and they look like the will fit...... any help will greatly appreciated

I'm pretty sure that no H series throttle body will fit on a F series manifold. The studs are spaced out different. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not too familiar with a F23A1 manifold but I'm pretty sure its probably the same as a F22A6 manifold. You probably would not get no benefit in performance without changing the whole manifold. If the F23A1 is the same as the F22A6, keep the runners, get a H22/23 upper plenum and throttle body and you would benefit the most.

Do you have an F23 in your car?

The H22 and H23 plenum will fit on the F22A6 lower part, allowing the H22/H23 throttle body to be used. Also, the entire H23 intake manifold will fit on an F22A. If you have an F23, I don't know enough to give you accurate information.

im almost positive that u can take an F23A1 manifold and put it on a F22A6. Theres a thread on here somewhere(cant remember where) that recommends that manifold to get a lil more power, along with a list of other parts, deevergote made it.

I didn't say it was not possible. I said that a H series throttle body will not bolt up to a F series manifold.
