Car Wont Start

Im drivin on the highway yesterday it was a lil wet outside and im gettin off on my exit wen all of a sudden i look down and my tach is on 0 and my car slows all the way down and wont start back up, i tried to start it back it cranks but wont start i tried to roll it to start it since its a 5spd but it still wouldnt start....could this be spark plugs or maybe distributer?

i doubt its the spark plugs, the coil in the distributor and the main relay are pretty common in these

o ok so do i need a new distrubutor, the cap, and the coil or wat?

check you main relay, i had a similar problem ( but it never died , hesitated tho ) its around 70 $ and it goes under the steering culunm...

Check to see if you have spark and fuel and go from there.

that just happened to my friends cb and we were on the freeway when it happened to...the probem was that a fuse got blown...chek the fuses....

put the back seat down and then turn the ignition on and listen carefully and see if you hear the fuel pump go on. If you hear it, its not the main relay.

Yeah try that cause I had the same problem and I put my seat down and checked and no noise change the main relay and it worked

check the coil.... timing belt... it has happen to me before

+1 on the timing belt. Similar situation happened to my EK when I had it, but luckily I was stopped and only 1/8 mile from my house.

wen i try to start it u can hear like a lil whine comin from da back i guess its the fuel pump commin on i changed the distributor cap.....and still nothing im lost!
