ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

What about 92 prelude seats? I'm pretty sure they won't bolt in but will the rails off my accord fit the 'lude seats?

i think if i have to swap rail and sheet, im just gonna try to mount rails from whatever seat to the floor, ive seen that done on a crx, just dont like the fact of drilling new/more holes in the floor.

'lude seats are too narrow, you can make custom brackets though.

what year accord do you have?

If you have a 91, it'd be easy to drill out the rivet to remove the rail from the seat mount and move the rail to your new seat. If you have the 92 it'd be difficult to remove the rails.

i used 4 peices of 1/4" plate steel when i had e30 seats in a '93 regal. All i did was cut the steel to the approx. size i would need, drill holes in one end to bolt to the floor. bolt them down loosely, put the seat in and mark them against the holes in the seat tracks. take them out, drill and tap the holes and bolt everything up. took about 2 hours to get both sides done.

that may or may not work in a cb because of the stupid angle the front 2 seat bolts are on... would prob require some bending and fabing. i'm planning on putting my e30 seats in the cb some day. when that day comes, i'll do a diy.

i got a 90 cb. Def looks like alot of work fitting just any seat in.i could probally make new mounts and try to reshape the floor, but i dont want to hammer on my floor.
