Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    crazy h22 problems

    i have a h22a4...its starts fine...i leave it running for like 30 mins, then it boggles then starts to back fire...then it cuts off then it won't start untill it gets cool again.. i check the cel it reads code 15. but y the back fire? the only thing thats not pluged up is the egr and the o2 sensor. should i change the the fuel filter and but the high grade gas in it and try it again?......let me kno thanx

    The o2 sensor isn't plugged in?

    So basically, your ECU is just dumping huge amounts of fuel into the engine because it doesn't know how much it needs. That sounds like a very probably explanation to me.

    Also, your CEL code 15 is the Ignition Output Signal. Check to make sure your ignition systeem is working properly (new parts, etc...)


    Being an H22A4, you did the OBD2 to OBD1 conversion properly, I hope...

      i used the stock harness from the accord.....the starts when its cold...when the car warms up and u turn it off then back on it wont turn on again im thinking it maybe the dizzy

        very possible. did you convert the Injectors and dizzy to OBD1 parts?
        also what ECU are you running?

          yeah every thing is converted ...i have a p13 but im saving to get a chipped p28

              ok i started it a while ago no check engine light at all...then the light came on and the car started to back fire all i have is a down pipe but im hoping its not the dizzy ..vtec dizzy's cost 250 brand new
