All extra parts needed for H23 to F22 Intake mani?

I basically have everything I need that the H23 should have on the manifold but I'm having a little trouble finding out what I would need for the "extra" parts that I can't use from the H23 or F22 manifold. I know I will need to extend the coolant and most likely vacuum lines but what about the electrical connectors like on the IACV and TPS? Also, is my throttle and shift cables going to be long enough? What about the fuel line? Anything extra that I am forgetting? I would like to have all the parts ready before I even start to take apart the F22 mani.

I have the complete H23 manifold. Only thing I don't have is the throttle body as I will be using my F22 throttle body for now and I also need a intake mani gasket and 3 main intake mani studs which I will be getting in a couple days. Im also thinking about buying a blacktrax spacer but I'm not sure if its going to fit.

if u double stacked u'll nred 3 cb7 AC compressor bolts, 2 Civic or lude AC compressor bolts, a longer hose for the IAC an FITV one fitting only, 3 Im plenum gaskets, and i wud recommend some high temp silicone sealant just to eliminate any air leaks around FITV IAC etc.....
