cut wire

im dropping the h23 off to the shope tomorrow or saturday, i went out to take the butterfly plates off while the engine is already out, and i noticed two wires together that were cut, one is black, one is green with red, im thinking O2 sensor, but i want to be positive, also there were a small group of cut wires 4 red and one yellow together. im hoping it was just some accessory the previous owner tried to wire up. anyhelp is much appreciated

I don't think he knows where they go. The motor is sitting outside not in the car.

Sorry my mistake I thought he meant a harness on the engine.

I think you don't need them because you would use the harness on the car, of course not knowing exactly what the wires are for this is just a guess.

The colors are aftermarket in that grouping.. May be anything you need to find what color wires they are taged into.. I assume since its four wires its o2.

What part of engine you need more detail, from what am understanding the wire under the IM, that control the runner .

both sets of these cut wires are located on the back side underneith the IM, on the driver's side of the engine, the first set of cut wire has just one black and one green with a red stripe, i think that is the O2 sensor, now the next set was insid of a loom, which makes me think it wasnt previously used, it had 4 red wires and 1 yellow, thanks for the help so far guys, i just want to see if i can narrow down what it is so the guys at the shop dont charge me extra

yeah most o2 are 4 wires only some vx hx have 5
i don't think they are 02 wires because o2 wires usually white, gray, black (not 4 red like you said) how big is the wire??
