Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    a1 vs a6 IM

    So, my SE has a F22A1, as I've recently discovered. Is there any exterior difference between the a1 and a6 IM? The engine was changed when the car belonged to my sister (was bought with a blown engine and they put the a1 in it). I'm not sure if they bought a complete engine, or just got an engine and reused the parts from the a6.
    Can anyone post up a picture of both an a1 and an a6 showing how to tell the difference?

    ull deffinately see a diffrence in the runner...i got one a couple days ago at a j.y..... the a1 look like it was stamped and cut out the a6 runner looks almost aftermarket, clean and deffinative... dud im goin to the conroe pick a part around 11 tomorow, you should cruz.....

          yea i went and there wasnt shit there anyways... i went think that if i were farther from the city id get a better deal, but in return being that far from the city they aint got shit lol, well bro im off monday and wedsday, if i get my parst monday i may be lookin at doin the swap then if you wanna rool through or check the yard downtown with me, ill bet we can find a second set and get a deal all together...

            that they are...cuz of it i had the hardest time ripping them lower nuts off, but i got it down to a science now and good do it agian much faster...

                Does the a6 IM have a spacer, and the a1 doesn't?
