Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    stupid question

    I know this might sound stupid to a lot of people, but do you have to do anything to the suspension off a cd-5 to get it to fit a cb-7?

    1990-1997 I4 Accords have similar, if not the same shock/spring.
    My roommate has a 94 Accord, and he's on "90-93" Skunk2 springs/shocks.

    1999 BMW M3
    2001 Honda CR-V SE RT4WD
    2005 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71
    2015 Suzuki V-Strom 650

      The front strut bars fit too. Also The Acura CL shares some accord suspension parts.

            I'm pretty sure the rear ARBs are a different thickness, CB7 = 14mm, CD5 = 15mm - I think...

            There might be slight differences in OE spring and damper rates, but I really don't know for sure.

              so i'm gonna do a lil thread jackin real quick.... are there any bigger OEM rear ARBs that'll bolt right up to a cb7????

                wasn't it 89 thru 97 accords that share a lot of the same parts, just with the different bodies?

                  Control arms aren't the same, but the struts and springs will fit (they're not exactly the same, but they fit fine)

                  The Vigor's rear sway bar is larger than ours, and it also fits.
