Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Speed sensor Wires Cliped

    My s light is blinking and i found out that my speed sensor wires were riped and i want to know how to wired it back up.
    the set up it speed sensor with one wire coming from it currently hanging. One male/female clip one end connected to the engine and the other end currently hanging also but this end has two wires that are ripped and i dont know where they go to, Also i the electrical box right next to the fuse box has three black wires coming from it , one of the wires ( all the way to the right, near the fuse box) is riped also. I think one wire from the male to female plug goes to the speed sensor and one to the electrical box. Which is which and am i right about these wires going together. PLEEESSEE HELP

      The wires from the speed sensor are: orange, black, and yellow.

        Ok i found my vss and those wire are find It looks like the other side of the cords it goes 3 from the vss into a bundle of thick wires then theres another 2 that come out of that bundle that go to a 2 pin clip, then after the clip the wires are sniped once wire looks like it goes toward the right wheel well right in the center area of the fron right tire!

              Yeah, if you could get some pics, that'd give us a better idea of what your talking about. And yes, the vss does suck!

                my vss looks find but it looks like theres another side to it the is ripped,, on the Auto is there 2 parts to a vss??

                  I'm not sure about the auto vss, I do know that there is 1 that has a plug on it that you can take off, and there is 1 that the wires are attached and won't come off. If I'm not mistaken, and, correct me if I'm wrong, the auto one is the one that has the plug that comes off??
