The H22 transmissions are the same as the F22 transmissions in terms of strength and how they shift. The gearing is just different. It's best to have the transmission matched for the motor.
It's risky boosting a stock H22, and building it up is very expensive. You can get away with more when you boost an F22, and they're cheaper to replace when they blow. Building an F22 costs about the same as building an H22.
