Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    what does it mean when ABS is on?

    hey guys, so today when I turned on my car the ABS light stayed on, I had this problem before but my friend told me its because I need to top off my brake fluid which I did and it worked, however this time I checked my brake fluid and its completely to the max so I have NO IDEA what's the problem :/

    It means that your antilock brakes are not working. My has it on all the time. i have to fix it. But im sure somewone will give you more details. just wait

      ABS almost never works on older hondas. if it does, woot for you.
      you have too take it too the dealership too have it worked on (i may be wrong).

      mine was fucked so i did a NON abs conversion. well worth it.
      speaking of abs, i was washing, and detailing my interior, and disconnected the abs ecu thing in the trunk, stripped my harness and even cut the wires at the firewall. it from like 40+ wires too like 4, lol. the ecu and wires weighed like 6lbs i think.

        well im tryna stay away from having to go to the auto shop and get ripp off :[

        I heard that there is a way to find out whats wrong by the light blinking a code or something like that ?

            that was no help :[ my problem is my light stays on as soon as i turn on my car and doesnt go away...

              MM my bad. check the Fluid levels. take the car to autozone, murrays. advance auto parts. or any other store you trust. they should be able to get the code for free. it can be the pump, or any sensor. I found all this data by searching this site. im no mechanic. click on the SEARCH button and type ABS or ABS codes. good luck.

                Mine dosnt work either, bad module under the hood, new one 500 bucks so its stayin broke.

                          ahh!!!!!

                          ok i found out what is the abs code gave off which was 1 2 meaning the abs motor pump, so does that mean that i need to replace it or what?.....
