ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Fuck the stroker kit and all the other garbage.. Stock JDM block will hold 350 WHP reliably if tuned right. ITs a fact.

My built motor made 637WHP on STOCK JDM cams (rest of the head is built though). dont set a pressure limit, set a power limit, THATS what really matters in deciding the safety of the motor.... PSI has nothing to do with it as it varies from turbo to turbo due to the snails efficiency, hence 12 PSI on a TD-04 that moves 30Lbs of air (on a good day) is alot different than a T67 that moves 75 lbs of air/min.

Before you spend 1 cent on the *** stroker kit, Sleeve your motor and thirow some pistons and rods at it... THEN go for 500+

thats probably your best investment in a turbo setup, aswell as a good dyno tune...

Maybe I am wrong but a stock sleeve motor made 350? What psi where you pushing.

Why do people always assume that the sleeves in H22/H23s are weak?

You don't sleeve the block because the sleeves are weak, you sleeve it because aftermarket forged pistons don't work with FRM sleeves (minus the Mahle Golds).

FRM is actually MUCH STRONGER than ductile iron sleeves are.

350whp on stock sleeves is cake.

I knew about the FRM, is what I read and what I talk to people who had the motor on boost.

as long as you get the right pistons with the stroker kit I think it will keep you planted in the back of your seat, Go for it

stroker kit=more compression, more compression=bad turbo motor. do one or the other.

WINTER = HONDA UPRAGES - Last year was a HUGE suspension upgrade. This year its cockpit upgrades, brakes, wheels, and a possible tune and/or motor swap.

wow thats wrong. if the stroker kit comes with the correct compression height pistons or a shorter rod or a thicker head gasket then the compression can be tossed around.

                      assumptions are bad.

now if you throw in a f22/h23 crank into a h22 with the h23 rods then you may have a comrpession problem because the piston will stick out of the hole.

when lookin at the crower stroker kit i was under the impression that the turbo stroker kit was made for turbo applications.
