Hey, I just finish my JDM h22a swap. A few days ago I notice that my radiator fan would not come on while the car is on but when I turn off the car the fan kicks on. There is a check engine light, so I pull the code and it gave me code number 6 which is the ECT (engine coolent temp sensor). After getting the plugs right for ECT, I started the car again and the check engine light is off but the fan don't come on and the engine gets too hot and the temp gauge show that the car is overheating. I decided to switch the water neck sensor and the ECT sensor under the distributor. When I restarted the car the check engine light came on and the fan came on as well but it stayed on. I don't know what to do at this point. Do you guys think the fan will come off when I drive this way with the check engine light on. Someone told me that I have to drive it and let it circulate so the fan could come off but I am not too sure about that. Please Help!

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
